I just got Married here on June 21st and let me tell you about the most perfect day. All the from the flowers to the decor, it was perfect and beautiful. The venue and staff handled everything as I did the all inclusive package, they made my day as stress free as possible! Not only was it beautiful but the staff has became family to us!

We spent this past weekend at Kindred Oaks in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
This cabin surpassed, all of our expectations!
It was secluded, but not far from everything that we wanted to do.
It had all the amenities and fun activities that fit perfectly for our family.
Anytime we return, we will definitely come back to this one!

I truly can’t say how thankful I am to have found a venue like kindred oaks. They were with us from the moment we toured the venue. We were in all with the venue and how welcoming the staff were. We never felt pressured with them. They walked us through the whole process from planning over a year. I planned my wedding myself. I did not have a wedding planner nor did I have a day of coordinator. On the day of the wedding when I arrived to the venue, we were greeted by the day of coordinator and she took over all the decorating so I could get ready. She did everything so beautifully and was awesome!!!! I can’t say enough, good things about all the staff, including the owners at kindred oaks. We were truly blessed!

We shopped a number of local venues for my daughter’s wedding. Kindred Oaks hands down was the right choice! Our wedding this past weekend was absolutely perfect! The staff kept us on schedule. The grounds are beautiful!! All of our guests had a fabulous time. And best of all, my daughter, the bride, was so ecstatic with her entire night. Thank you Elaine, Steve and all of the staff!!

We visited Kindred Oaks during a couple of their open houses and loved getting a good idea of what it would be like on our wedding day. We liked the location and felt it had the exact vibe we were going for. The team was terrific! We felt so well taken care of and had a fantastic experience and wedding day.

Kindred Oaks hosted our church’s Father-Daughter Dance this year. This was such a wonderful venue. We were so blessed with the facilities and would totally recommend this place for your special event needs.

Second event I’ve helped plan here. Owner is extremely experienced, kind, and knows her stuff. Location is perched on a hill and has an amazing view. The buildings are both quaint and sprawling. It is just big enough to be impressive, while feeling strangely homey. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Perfect sunset in the evening, visible from the main pavilion. Small prep kitchen is quirky, but useful. Multiple rooms inside the house for prepping. Ample space for a variety of uses. Unique bar area, dance floor is a large open deck that is slightly separate from the pavilion. The pavilion area is gorgeous, with a giant stone fireplace, pillars, gazebo, and antique doors. There’s sun walls and rain/heat walls that can be raised or lowered for shade, rain protection, or heating or a/c capabilities.
Most recently we held a benefit concert there with a live band, food trucks, and around 100 guests. Such an amazing venue.

We just got married at Kindred Oaks the end of April this year and we can’t express how happy, grateful and amazed we were on our wedding day!! Everything went better than we could have ever imagined! The staff, (Elaine and Julie helped us the most) but every single person there is simply incredible. They handle everything so beautifully from the moment you agree to host your wedding there until the day it actually happens. The vendors we chose for our day, which Kindred Oaks works with side by side, are also outstanding! All of our guests were raving about the venue itself, the food (Courtney’s Catering), DJ Stephen, the bar service and the overall staff. Our wedding day ran so smoothly; I didn’t have one bit of worry the whole time, and that’s saying a lot coming from a Type A individual lol. We can’t say thank you enough!! Our wedding was special, beautiful, and unforgettable all due to the expertise of Kindred Oaks staff. Future brides and grooms, you won’t regret choosing Kindred Oaks. They are A+++ ❤️

Our reception space holds 230 max so 'large' may indeed be a subjective word. We do have only one bar but clients are always welcome to hire to add a second bar so again, thank you truly for your honest review.

An affordable outdoor venue with twinkle lights, a nice dance floor an (optional) all inclusive package, and an involved owner who has the whole staff working like a well oiled machine. These folks kept us on track to make sure we hit all our deadlines in reaching out to vendor saving us needing to hire a wedding coordinator too. Other reviews that led us to choose Kindred Oaks spoke extensively to how responsive and friendly the staff was at KO, and they were 100% spot on.
Planning a wedding is stressful even with an all inclusive package, but you can save yourself MOST of the stress by booking with these folks. They are the sweetest, most helpful vendor out there, and the whole place is just GORGEOUS.

Do not pass up this venue! Our experience was amazing from start to finish! We chose to go with the inclusive package and I cannot express enough how much stress that took out of wedding planning. We LOVED going to the open houses and meeting all the vendors and seeing our options. Every vendor we chose was from an open house or their preferred list and they were all AMAZING. Elaine and team really go above and beyond to communicate and always promptly answered any questions or requests. The venue is especially STUNNING at night. The twinkle lights stragtecigally placed around the property are so beautiful. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. I have been bragging on this venue for months and our day has finally come and gone and I don't have a single complaint. We are SO happy we chose Kindred Oaks and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful venue. Elaine, Leyla, and the whole staff made our 15th anniversary a vow renewal to remember. I am so thankful for their packages and making every part of the planning process so easy. A very beautiful wedding venue. The setup is perfect for large or small weddings. It has a playground on the premises if you plan to bring children. It's close enough to enjoy but far away enough that it will not disturb your wedding guest. The staff and vendors are friendly and professional. Overall, it's a great option for an outdoor wedding.
