Weddings and Receptions are the cornerstone of our business here at Kindred Oaks. Our greatest delight is to watch a wedding, carefully planned for months, blossom into the kind of fairy tale you’ve dreamed of since you were a little girl.

Kindred Oaks is comprised of 11 wooded acres of pristine Hill Country land right in the middle of where Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown and Round Rock all converge. We sit up on a bluff overlooking a beautiful reservoir where our ceremonies take place, and there is always a gentle breeze. Evening ceremonies are especially magical because of the lighted trees and the Austin city lights twinkling in the background. The Texas style home has over 3,000 square feet of open spaces that include private Bride’s and Groom’s dressing rooms, a designer decorated honeymoon suite and three full baths.

Outside, in the back, is where the celebration really begins! We’ve built a huge dance floor that has over 1,500 square feet with bench seating all around, and is surrounded by huge canopied trees decorated with lights. We have an area set up specifically for the D.J. or band and we’ve created a one-of-a-kind Texas refreshment bar so that you can order inside or off the deck.

For the reception, we have a brand new, covered, 2,300 square foot pavilion with ceiling fans, sconces, and two waterfalls that flank a gorgeous cedar and stone gazebo. We have a fenced-in children’s play area and ample, lighted parking. While we have lots of photos that show off Kindred Oaks, we are constantly told that they just don’t do the place justice. Kindred Oaks is closed the month of August for heavy maintenance on the property to ensure that our facility is always at the peak of quality, safety and beauty.

  • One day, one wedding. We can't emphasize enough how much you are going to cherish the many hours we give you to prepare for your day! You'll never be rushed around to try to squeeze what is often a years worth or more of planning, into a half hour of prep time in order to make it down the aisle in time. We're a laid-back company that helps create a laid-back bride!
  • Our doors open at noon, to allow time for decorating, receiving vendors, getting dressed and wedding photography. Most weddings are celebrated in the evening hours and we allow 5 hours to be set aside for the ceremony and reception, to include a half-hour for clean-up.
  • A one-hour rehearsal for the night before unless there is another event scheduled.
  • Dining Tables and Chairs for up to 200 guests.
  • Full, gorgeous rain plan...
  • Over 2,500 square feet of covered decking!
  • A brand new covered 1,500 square foot, limestone patio.
  • A 1,500 square foot dance floor adjoining the reception deck!
  • Separate, designer, bride’s and groom’s dressing rooms. The bride's dressing room is very spacious, has a beautiful floor length mirror, private bath, walk-through closet and plenty of seating. The groom's dressing room is spacious, has cable television, a comfy couch and private bath.
  • One night’s stay in our beautifully decorated Honeymoon Suite, gourmet breakfast by Eudoras’ Cuisine included. The honeymoon suite has Bose surround sound speakers, jacuzzi self-heating tub and of course, lots of candles that we light for you!
  • Designer decorated Beverage Bar!
  • Parking attendants and ample free parking.
  • Free parking lot shuttle.
  • All set-up and clean-up services (not to include catering clean-up). This means we set up your chairs, tables, linens, take down the chairs, tables, linens, take out trash and do all the deep cleaning!
  • The privilege of securing your own caterer, d.j., florist, cake, photographer! Venues that have in-house required catering, generally add a percentage to their quote for the "house" to have their piece of the pie. At Kindred Oaks, you have the option of using our caterer or any caterer with the assurance that there is no "cut for the house" so that you can feel comfortable knowing that they are going to do a great job because they know their job is not guaranteed. They have to earn your money!
  • You can bring in your own alcohol to be served by Hill Country Events and thereby avoid the "corking" fees and other alcohol related fees that some venues apply.
  • On-Site Management Team
  • The option for an all inclusive package. You tell us what vendors you still need, we'll do all the work. A 12% coordination fee is added to the total amount tallied. You maintain total control. It's that easy. Plus, you get the cream of the crop vendors!

Damage and Security Deposit - $200.00

50% of the rental fee is required as a deposit to secure the date of your wedding and the remainder is due 14 days prior to the wedding.

Centerpieces can be rented for a flat rate of $100.00 per event.

All bartenders are exclusively provided by Hill Country Events for $30.00 per bartender, per hour.

All additional rentals are exclusively provided by Premiere Tents and Events at additional costs. Special Kindred Oaks discounts apply.
