Kindred Oaks is located on the Southwestern tip of Georgetown in Williamson County, borders Leander, is 2 miles from Cedar Park and 2 miles from Round Rock. We are 20 miles north of downtown Austin, Texas!

• From Austin, going North on I35, take the 1431/Cedar Park exit and head West on C.R. 1431 toward Cedar Park about 4 miles. Take a right on Sam Bass Rd. also called C.R. 175 and go 2.5 miles. Take a right on C.R. 176 and we are 1/10th of a mile on the left hand side. You can’t miss the big red gate!
     
• From Austin at Mopac (Loop 1) at Hwy 183 or 360 (Capital of Texas Hwy.) at Hwy. 183 Go North on Hwy 183 to R.R. 620 and take a right, going east toward I35. Take a left on Parmer Lane and travel north approx. 6 miles until you hit FM 1431. Take a right, heading east on 1431 and take a left on C.R. 175 aka Sam Bass Rd. (the next light). Travel 2.5 miles going north on C.R. 175 and take a right turn on C.R. 176. We are 1/10th mile on the left hand side where the big red gate is. The gate says Kindred Oaks at the top!
     
• From Georgetown, going South on I35, take the 2243/Leander Rd exit and head West about 4.5 miles and take a left on C.R. 176. This road will wind around for 2 miles and then on your right hand side, just across from the lake, you’ll see our big red gate that says, “Kindred Oaks”!
     
• From Hwy 183 in Cedar Park, head East on 1431 toward I35 and go about 4 miles. You’ll pass Parmer Lane and the very next light is Sam Bass/C.R. 175. Take a left and go just 2.5 miles and pass the Williamson County Regional Park. Take a right on C.R. 176. We are 1/10th mile on the left hand side where the big red gate is!
