Twogether in Texas Map for Marriage Classes

The Texas Legislature funded, for a while, a initiative that instructed teachers-to-be, how to teach a variety of curricula to help young couples gain some understanding into communication skills needed in marriage.  As an incentive to take these classes, they continue to waive the Marriage License fee, if you complete the 8 hour class.

Joey Wilson, a former youth pastor and educator, teaches this class at Kindred Oaks and is going into his second year of enlightening dozens of couples and getting them excited to begin their journey.

The Map for Marriage Curriculum is broken into 4 chapters, going over topics as varied as “patterns of healthy couples”, “skills to stay together”, “keeping a sense of self”, “knowing your partner”, “embracing each other’s world”,  and many, many more.

We consistently hear from couples how they got much more than they expected, when they completed the course and then got to also get their license fee waived from the state.

Average spent on a wedding: $20,000.00. For one day.
Communication tools to last a lifetime: $180.00.
Happily Ever After:  Priceless!

Register Now.  Limited Space available for each class.
