
Steve Lincoln was the Vice President of a major retail nursery
chain for 10 years prior to changing course and starting
Kindred Oaks. He brings tremendous business experience to
this endeavor as well as a strong work ethic that keeps
him forever busy with projects. With never-ending energy,
nothing is ever left undone!
Elaine Lincoln was a professional wedding
photographer for many years prior to and during the raising
of her three children, and then turned to the garden industry
so she could stay at home with her kids. She is now able
to combine those passions that are the spirit of Kindred
Oaks!!

Our kids, Jessica, 23, Ian, 18, and Jacob 17, are part-time workers and full-time joy makers in our lives!
Sue and Randy Clinard are our full-time partners
in fun! Dear family friends for over 20 years, they bring
humor, warmth, loyalty, and complete professionalism to
our team and we couldn’t do it without them! Adding to the mix is their 17 year old daughter Shannon, part time “open house” worker and a wonderful blessing in our lives!

Catherine McDargh is our gourmet breakfast chef and co-owner with Jo Terrell of Eudora’s Cuisine and The Gold Coat Inn. They have been family friends for over 10 years. Always there to share big hugs and a quick wit, we are honored to call Catherine and Jo family!
Heather Dupuis is our office manager and keep us up to date with never-ending emails and endless details. Miss Olivia Dupuis, 18 months, gives us our baby fixes when she comes to work with mom!
Kathy McGuire and Terri Harlan are our Lead Floral Designers for ZuZu's Petals and NO ONE can best these ladies when it comes to design, creativity, color, all things plant related, thinking outside and inside the box. Heather , in her ability to be “my girl Friday” and not only help in the office, also helps lends her talents to the consultations and execution of our designs. Our newest member, Linda Simonson, makes the ZuZu's team just that much better with her skill, great sense of humor and willingness to do anything asked! They all know how to give our brides undivided attention and the beautiful creations they deserve!
Patty Casady and Tracy Campbell are invaluable in keeping Kindred Oaks looking fantastic on the inside. They commit to arriving just minutes after our couples leave to make sure that our facility is always clean and welcoming. We couldn't do it without them!
Jeffrey Courtney is one of our newest team members but is a life saver for Steve! He does all things maintenance, and is Steve's right hand man. Welcome Jeff!
Amy Mullins and her husband Brad are the brains and braun behind Hill Country Events/Bartending Services and we've been so blessed to not only work with them but also relish in our friendship with them.
