Steve Lincoln was the Vice President of a major retail nursery chain for 10 years prior to changing course and starting Kindred Oaks. He brings tremendous business experience to this endeavor as well as a strong work ethic that keeps him forever busy with projects. With never-ending energy, nothing is ever left undone!

Elaine Lincoln was a professional wedding photographer for many years prior to and during the raising of her three children, and then turned to the garden industry so she could stay at home with her kids. She is now able to combine those passions that are the spirit of Kindred Oaks!!

Our daughter Jessica and her husband Charles are expecting their first child, a boy, and our first grandson!  Our boys, Ian, 20 and Jacob, 18, are enjoying their experiences as college boys at Texas State and are close enough to come home and do laundry!

Sue and Randy Clinard are our full-time partners in fun! Dear family friends for over 20 years, they bring humor, warmth, loyalty, and complete professionalism to our team and we couldn’t do it without them! Adding to the mix is their 18 year old daughter Shannon, part time “open house” worker and a wonderful blessing in our lives!

Catherine McDargh is our gourmet breakfast chef and co-owner with Jo Terrell of Eudora’s Cuisine and The Gold Coat Inn.  They have been family friends for over 15 years. Always there to share big hugs and a quick wit, we are honored to call Catherine and Jo family!

Heather Dupuis has been my right arm for over 4 years now and is our ZuZu's Petals Floral Manager.   We are very excited to watch her continue to grow as a strong member and leader in our organization.  She still puts in time in the office and brings a vast knowledge of the inner workings of Kindred Oaks to the ZuZu's studio and we are blessed to have her.  In addition, she and her husband Gabe are the parents  of my “G-baby” Olivia, my 3 year old pride and joy!

Kathy Maguire and Donna Aleman, as well as Heather Dupuis, fill out the staff at ZuZu's Petals.  These ladies can cover ANY design, whether it be inside the box or crazy to the edges of reality!  The beautiful thing is how well they all work together on all the projects to see the clients' vision come to life!

Hollie Speed and Jeff Courtney assist Steve in all manner of outdoor projects and facility maintenance and are the creative force behind our immaculate flower beds and who keep us looking good!”

Lauren Choate has been with us going on a year and half and she is an AWESOME addition!  She splits her time between ZuZu’s Petals, the office and working with our families and brides at their weddings.  We love her!”

Patty Casady and Tracy Campbell are invaluable in keeping Kindred Oaks looking fantastic on the inside.  They commit to arriving just minutes after our couples leave to make sure that our facility is always clean and welcoming.  We couldn't do it without them!

Amy Mullins and her husband Brad are the brains and braun behind Hill Country Events/Bartending Services and we've been so blessed to not only work with them but also relish in our friendship with them.
